Every year, since 2000, a select group of individuals from around the country have gathered at the Silver Falls Conference Center to partake in an event like no other. The participants, who remain anonymous, meet for the sole purpose of sharing wine, knowledge, stories and, to a large degree, an appetite for an evening of spectacular food pairings courtesy of Michael and Dayna Rich, and their spectacular staff.
The annual event has become a pilgrimage for wine collectors, wine merchants, vintners and those with a healthy appetite for incredible wine. Each year there is a common theme that permeates the tasting.
