This year's event started off with seasonal fruit and an Imerial Magnum of Pol Roget Champagne from the outstanding 1990 vintage.  The guests also shared a 1998 Flowers Meeting Camp Ridge Chardonnay.  The second course, Lobster in wild watercress dressing, was offered up with a 1983 Jean Noel Gagnard Batard Montrachet, a 1986 Jobard Meursault Genevrieres, a 1995 Latour Corton Charlemagne, and a 1989 Jean Noel Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet.

The group was then treated to some Grilled Salmon, with a marion berry pepper sauce, over a bed of black eye peas.  The third course was served with a 1966 Joseph Droughin Corton Bressandes, a 1969 Domaine Romanee Conti Echezeaux, and a 1996 Archery Summit Pinot Noir.  The fourth course, fruit-stuffed Quail with Chutney, was complimented by a Ch. Lalaquna, a Ch. Lynch Bages, and a Ch. Beychevelle, all from the 1982 vintage.  The group then took a short walk around the park while sharing a magnum of J. Schram Champagne.

The guests then were treated to "The Family" - a Ch. lafite Rothschild, a Ch. Latour, a Ch. Margaux, a Ch. Mouton Rothschild, and a Ch. Haut Brion, all from the 1982 vintage.  A 1982 Ch. La Mission Haut Brion was thrown in just for fun.  The wine was paired with a nice sorbet.  If that wasn't enough, the sixth course, a Grilled Filet Mignon served with Wild Mushroom and Shallots, Fresh Asparagus and Garlic Mashed Potatoes was paired with a Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou, a Ch. Pichon Longueville Baron, a Ch. Figeac, and a Ch. Gloria, all again from the 1982 vintage.

The group then entertained a Ch. Certan de May, a Ch. Leoville Las Cases and a Ch. Palmer, all from the 1982 vintage.  The wine was paired with fine cheese and fresh fruit.  The ninth course, Pears braised in a Brandy sauce, fit well with a 1967 Ch. Saudirant, a 1976 Ch. Rieussac, and a 1989 Ch. Latour Blanche.

The tenth, and final course, included a 1982 Quinta Do Cachao, a 1985 Grahams Vintage Port, a 1982 Warre Vintage Port and a Taylor 20-year old Tawny.  Some complimented the wine with cheese, while others shared a cigar on the porch.
